In Fortnite: Battle Royale Ninja invited his pals live to an event in real life. That was not a good idea in the end.
What did Ninja do? During an event for his soundtrack CD “Ninjawerks” in LA, the top streamer Ninja naturally played Fortnite live again. This time, however, other famous streamers and Ninja’s friends were also present.
Among them were DrLupo and TimTheTatMan. They stood around Ninja while he was gaming live.
And they were anything but helpful.
With friends like these, who needs enemies
What did Ninja’s friends do? Ninja’s pals were by no means calm and peaceful. Instead, they constantly trolled and teased the star. Lupo, for instance, kept interrupting with comments like “You’re terrible at this game” or “This is bad”.
Friends kill Ninja during the stunt: The trolls reached the climax of their antics when Ninja wanted to showcase his skills with the Quad-Launcher. The streamer had just built a ramp and was preparing for a cool stunt.
He was just about to achieve over 200,000 points through aerial acrobatics when DrLupo sneakily pressed the exit button.
Ninja fell to the ground with loud screams and crashed down. To add to the humiliation, a random player came by and sprayed a corpse outline on the ground where Ninja had died.
This is how Ninja’s friends mocked the report scandal: Immediately after, Ninja’s friends demanded “Report it!” for this “disrespect” and opened the window to report unwanted players. Ninja quickly closed it while loudly complaining about the trolling action.
The joke about reporting was a reference to the scandal involving Ninja, who had reported players multiple times because he thought they had played unfairly.
Friend rubs more salt in the wound
This is how the trolling continued: To further tease Ninja, DrLupo continued. He tweeted, “Glider redeployment is no longer in the game, Ninja. Why did you jump out of the quad?”
In response, Ninja had only one reply, which wasn’t entirely serious: “I hate you!” But seriously, how would you react if someone ruined the game for you so meanly?
