Professional player and mixer streamer Tyler “Ninja” Blevins is convinced that he has found the worst weapon in Fortnite. In a match with Twitch streamer SypherPK, he shows why the gray pump shotgun is so bad and demands that Epic remove it from Fortnite Battle Royale.
Which weapon is it? The regular “gray” pump shotgun is probably the worst weapon in the game. At least that’s what streamers Tyler “Ninja” Blevins and Ali “SypherPK” Hassan claim.
The weapon would even be worse than the feared “gray pistol.”
How much damage does the weapon cause? With a gray pump shotgun, you can deal a maximum of 70 health points with a body shot. Thus, it is indeed weaker than the gray shotgun, which deals 71 body damage.
Ninja doesn’t want to see the gray pump shotgun anymore
What does Ninja think about the pump shotgun? In a stream, Ninja played with a gray pump shotgun. The pump shotgun is used as a starter weapon until you find a better option.
However, Ninja was in a fight and had to deal with the gray pump shotgun first. His teammate SypherPK had already stripped 90 shield points from the opponent.
When Ninja then encountered the opponent, he was able to hit him with the pump shotgun, but he was eliminated in the process. The professional was visibly confused about how that could happen.

Ninja thought he had dealt 92 health points to the opponent and was visibly astonished that he was not eliminated by that. When SypherPK then informed him that he had only dealt 28 damage, Ninja reacted quite shocked and confused:
“I only dealt 28 damage to him?! I gave him a headshot!”

Ninja doesn’t understand why a bad weapon stays in the game
After this situation, Ninja seems to be quite angry. He lets his frustration out and says:
“Remove the gray pump shotgun. It is the most useless weapon in the game. Why are players given the worst weapon in the game?! It is so bad and no one uses it.”
He also adds that he would rather have a gray pistol in his inventory, even though he hates the gray pistol.
Recently, Ninja also called for controllers on PC to be nerfed.

What does the Twitch streamer think about the gray pump shotgun? SypherPK was Ninja’s teammate when this situation unfolded. Afterwards, they discussed the gray pump shotgun.
They compare the gray pump shotgun to the other regular weapons. SypherPK says that a gray shotgun, a submachine gun, and an assault rifle do not feel bad and can still be useful in the game.
The two streamers seem to agree that the regular pump shotgun is the worst weapon in Fortnite. It should “at least drop as green.”
SypherPK had already shown in Season 10 how strong the controversial mechs were back then.
