Pokémon GO has started the submission of PokéStops and Niantic Wayfarer worldwide. This allows players to submit and evaluate PokéStops in all countries around the world. This is quite beneficial for us German players.
What is new now: While we in Germany have already been submitting PokéStops for some time and have been able to evaluate them with Niantic Wayfarer for a few weeks, these features are now available worldwide.
This means that both Level 40 players from Austria and Switzerland, as well as people from the USA, Australia, or Japan can now actively submit and evaluate.
What German players can expect from the global release
This is what the release means: First of all, it can be noted that the beta tests have apparently gone well. Niantic Wayfarer was previously only tested in Germany, but this has gone smoothly so far.
The global release also plays into the hands of us German players, as our suggestions could now be evaluated even faster.
Anyone who has actively evaluated stops so far may have also had some international suggestions from time to time. If this continues, players from our neighboring countries could now also evaluate our suggestions.
This would mean that players could receive responses to a suggestion much faster. Currently, this can take more than a week.
How can you submit PokéStops? To do this, you simply need to be at Level 40 in Pokémon GO. Once you have passed this hurdle, you can find a field for these suggestions in your settings.
But also pay attention to the guidelines of the game when making your suggestions. Not every suggestion will be approved.
The events for November are already known. Here is the overview:
