New World is gearing up for a big comeback with a new direction and console version. But which server should you currently play on if you primarily want German players? We’ll tell you.
Are there servers just for German players? With the launch of New World Aeternum and the release on consoles, the cards are being reshuffled. For a long time, Aaru was the unofficial German server. The introduction of numerous new realms at the Aeternum launch has further fragmented the community. You can find the list of European worlds for New World Aeternum below.
Some tips for starting in New World Aeternum:
Which server is the best? This is hard to say. Keep in mind the following when choosing a server:
- Any new world launched with the console will be a “standard world”.
- The current “standard worlds” and “new starting worlds” will become “old worlds” once New World: Aeternum is released.
In order for players on the new worlds to have the chance to build their own community there, characters from the old worlds cannot be transferred to the new standard worlds.
However, it is possible to transfer characters from new standard worlds to an old world. Note: Once transferred, characters on old worlds cannot return to standard worlds.
Characters from standard worlds can also be transferred to other standard worlds as long as the target world is not full or blocked for other reasons. As for creating new characters, this is possible in all old and new worlds that are not marked as “full” or “no in transfer”.
