Warframe brings the upcoming update Sisters of Parvos alongside the anime girl Warframe Yareli with an interesting and already known mechanic in another form. You effectively create a personal nemesis who then sends her killer dogs after you during your missions.
What are the Sisters of Parvos? The titular Sisters of Parvos are the main feature of the eponymous update for Warframe. If you remember the Kuva Liches from a previous expansion, you’ll recognize a lot here.
For the Sisters are personal nemeses that you create yourself. To do this, you need to donate a Zenith crown to the Corpus founder Parvos Granum in a Granum Void.
The evil sister makes your missions harder
What happens with the sister next? After some wild battles against Parvos’ minions, you will have your first encounter with the “sister”. Don’t be fooled, because she won’t be as easily defeated in future missions as she is in this one.
Instead, your personal nemesis will haunt you in the game afterwards, sending dreadful alien dogs after you. And these are not sweet Kubrow puppies. The killer space doggos will definitely ambush you during regular missions when you least expect it, possibly biting hard into your space ninja behind.
Why should you bother? All of this may sound like an additional hassle, but the dog hunt is worth it. If you defeat enough dogs, you can finally locate the sister’s hideout and attack her. You can either do this alone or in a team.
After a tough battle, there are special rewards, such as unique sister skins or new ephemera cosmetics that look extremely cool. Among them is even a type of dress made of energy.
What’s still in the update? In addition to the Sisters of Parvos, there’s also the adorable new Warframe Yareli. The looks more like an anime girl than a brutal killer space ninja.
