The Stylecheck in World of Warcraft is getting an upgrade. New, stylish armor sets await in Patch 7.3.5.
With Legion, Blizzard introduced a lot of small micro-holidays in World of Warcraft. The probably most popular event so far has been the Great Stylecheck (Trial of Style). Players had to compete against each other in a fashion show and present their coolest transmogs. Afterwards, players rated each other and those who could collect the most votes went home with tokens that could be exchanged for cosmetic items.
At the beginning of March 2018, the Great Stylecheck returns, luring with new rewards. This is indicated by game data for Patch 7.3.5, which has been updated repeatedly in recent days.
Each armor class (cloth, leather, mail, and plate) will receive a new cosmetic armor set for transmogrification. The colleagues at wowhead have already extracted the corresponding sets from the game data.
New armor sets are recolor variants
As was the case last year, these are new colorations (recolors) of already existing sets.
- Cloth wearers can look forward to the Mindwrack Rainment:
- Leather friends can earn the Tundraspite Armor.
- Mail wearers will grab the Crimson Sentinel Garb.
- Plate wearers get the Goldspine Plate:
The requirements appear to be the same as last year. You simply have to earn some tokens from the Great Stylecheck and can exchange them at the transmogrifier for the new armor sets.
Additionally, there will be new themes in the Trial of Style that characters must adorn themselves with – unless the half-naked blood elf wins anyway.
Have you seen the requirements for the allied races in Battle for Azeroth yet?
