A new teaser for Destiny 2 has been revealed. It announces the “future” of the game – what can be seen?
This is the teaser: On Wednesday evening, June 3, the official Twitter account of Destiny 2 released the new teaser. The video runs for just 15 seconds but already gives a glimpse of what is coming in the game.
The developers write the sentence “Coordinates received. The future of Destiny 2 is coming” and the following date: June 9 at 6:00 PM (German time). They also refer to a website announcing to tune in to learn more about the “next chapter of Destiny 2.”

Does the teaser show a new location?
What’s in the clip: The teaser shows a ship taking off into space. It seems to be heading towards the moon Europa – at the helm: The shady Drifter.
That’s not much, but it fits with another video that was recently leaked. In this now-deleted teaser, a new location was also shown that looked very much like the moon Europa. Eris Morn was trudging through the frosty landscape – and may possibly receive a visit from the Drifter. A cutscene released yesterday also recently announced the corresponding arrival of Darkness on Jupiter.
The moon Europa has long been discussed as a possible new location in Destiny 2. It is conceivable that it is part of the major autumn expansion and will be presented on June 9.
At that time, the currently ongoing Season 10 will also end. It is expected to conclude with the weekly reset on June 9 and then transition into the next season. However, before going into Season 11, the finale of the current season will take place – although some players believe that the ending could play out differently than expected.
