With Coreborn: Nations of the Ultracore, a new survival MMO is starting a closed alpha test, for which you can register on Steam.
What kind of game is it? Coreborn: Nations of the Ultracore (PC/Console) is an upcoming survival MMO developed by the German studio Blankhans.
The game immerses you in the land of Tormentosia, a Pen&Paper world created by Hauke Gerdes. Hauke is the former community manager of the internet TV station “Rocket Beans TV” and known as the creator of his own fantasy worlds.
What is Coreborn about? In Coreborn, the world is threatened by Sorgoth, the world devourer. Consequently, the once feuding peoples of Tormentosia come together to reclaim their lands and start the rebuilding process.
Your task is to build a city, continuously expand it, and defend it from attacks. Additionally, you embark on exploration tours and gather resources.

How do you participate in the test? The closed alpha of Coreborn: Nations of the Ultracore runs from March 2 to March 5, 2023, on Steam.
To take part in the alpha test, you must visit the Steam page of the survival MMO and click on the green button “Request Access”.

The developers grant access for the testing phase to a limited selection of players. If you are eligible to participate, you will receive an email from Steam informing you about it.
What do we know about the release? Coreborn: Nations of the Ultracore currently has no exact release date but is expected to start early access in 2023. The full release is aimed for 2024.
According to the official Discord of Coreborn, the survival game will not only be released for PC via Steam but also for console and mobile. Crossplay is also planned.
On Steam, Coreborn: Nations of the Ultracore currently faces very strong competition within the survival genre. On February 24, Sons of the Forest was released there, which became the largest survival game on Steam just 14 hours after its release.
