BattleBit Remastered is a new shooter on Steam, which is already attracting numerous players in Early Access. The graphics are rather simple, and you run as a stick figure across the battlefield. The game is set to have its full release later this year.
What kind of game is BattleBit Remastered? The game is a block-style first-person shooter that is somewhat reminiscent of Lego or Roblox. You are thrown into a war scenario and fight with your team against enemy players.
What does the gameplay in BattleBit Remastered look like? The shooter offers you various modes in which you can compete against other players in PvP. The options available are:
- 8 vs. 8
- 16 vs. 16
- 32 vs. 32
- 64 vs. 64
- 127 vs. 127
BattleBit Remastered aims to provide you with a massive multiplayer experience with up to 254 players in a match in the last mentioned mode, where you can truly let loose.
You also have the opportunity to dismantle the entire map. For example, you can destroy buildings as you wish and redesign the scene a bit.

You can use more than 35 different weapons, with customization options. Additionally, you have vehicles, boats, and air support that you can utilize to your advantage.
Depending on your chosen playstyle, various specializations are available. Enhance your team as:

- Scout
Communication and teamwork are crucial to securing victory. In the game, there is an in-game voice and a text chat. You can also negotiate with your enemies.
Note: German is not supported as a language in the game. Currently, you can only play the game in English.

How successful is BattleBit Remastered on Steam? The player numbers from the playtest of BattleBit Remastered can be viewed on the analysis website SteamCharts.
The absolute peak of players was previously 23,575 people and was reached in September 2022. Although this number has since decreased, it is still quite respectable:
In the last 30 days, the peak consisted of 13,266 people. The average number of players during this period was 796.7. This means the shooter has seen an increase of about 38% compared to the previous month (as of January 7, 2023, via Steam Charts).
