Destiny 2 offers new cosmetic items in the Eververse shop with every Weekly Reset. These include ornaments for weapons and armor, as well as ships, ghost shells, and shaders. A new shader from Season 19 has particularly captivated the Guardians, and you should buy it as soon as possible.
What kind of shader is this? This concerns the new shader “Uneasy Feeling,” which you can acquire in the Eververse since the latest Weekly Reset. This shader can be purchased for 300 Glimmer and is definitely a unique piece. When equipped on your weapon or armor, temporary lightning appears on the light and dark blue, shiny areas.
With this shader, a handful of paint jobs join the collection of the coolest shaders in Destiny 2, and for good reason: they not only color one aspect but are animated and make weapons and armor look more vibrant.
Did you miss the latest trailer from Bungie? Don’t worry, here it is:
Bungie is really going all out with the new shaders
What’s going on with the new shaders? Anyone who has played Destiny 2 since the release probably knows the rather monotonous shaders that could be equipped. At that time, only a few selected shaders were considered special, which either had gold accents or left the armor in a rusty tone.
However, the shader team has been going wild since Witch Queen, as they are trying out new color combinations and structures, or even incorporating special animations like the RGB shader from the Guardian Games.

How are players reacting to the shader? Even Paul Tassi is reacting to the shader in his Twitter post. He writes, “Yo, who has made the shader team go so hard??”.
Even comments under the post are reacting with the following statements:
- @ginostrengthfit – “Bungie should start selling shaders”
- @bigboaratm – “That AND a chainmail shader this season? My goodness”
- @gremillionair – “Shaders go harder than the armor set”
- @petexnasty – “I will have to redo my whole fashion, won’t I?”
Many Guardians find the shader cool and will treat themselves with their saved Glimmer. It remains to be seen with what creative ideas Bungie wants to surprise its fashion-conscious Guardians next. One thing is certain, if Bungie can realize such shaders, even better paint jobs could follow.
