A few hours ago, in-game messages appeared in Fortnite announcing that a new limited-time mode is on the way. “Disco Domination” is set to be the new mode in Fortnite.

Domination is a classic of the shooter genre: The “Domination” mode is a classic of the genre. It first appeared almost 20 years ago in Unreal Tournament. The game was, like Fortnite today, back then from Epic. In Domination, it’s about capturing points and then holding them.
Locations occupied by teams generate points at certain time intervals. The more objective locations a team holds, the more points are generated per time interval.
Fortnite needs variety from Battle Royale
What could the mode be like in Fortnite? It sounds like a mode for a 50vs50 match. But smaller squads could also work.
