What kind of game is Fault: Elder Orb? Fault: Elder Orb is a third-person MOBA where you fight against other players with heroes. It comes from the game developer Stranger Matter Studios.
What is Fault: Elder Orb about? Between the colliding universes, the player fights with his hero for the survival of his own world. With the power of the “Aspects” and legendary equipment, the fight begins.
How much does Fault: Elder Orb cost? Currently, the Early Access of the game on Steam costs 8.19 Euro. From July 18, 2022, the game can be obtained for free via the Epic Games Store and on Steam.
For which platforms will Fault: Elder Orb be released? Currently, the game is available for PC. A release for Playstation and Xbox is planned.

How does Fault: Elder Orb play? MOBA stands for Multiplayer Online Battle Arena. In Fault: Elder Orb, 2 teams of 5 players each compete against each other in a match within a defined combat area.
Each team has a base at the beginning of a match. Between the opposing camps, there are three paths and neutral areas. The main mission of a match is to destroy the opponents’ base.
The first team to destroy the opponents’ base, known as the Core, wins the match.
What heroes are there in Fault: Elder Orb? There are currently a total of 24 heroes. However, more heroes are expected to be added over time.
Players can unlock all heroes for free during the course of the game. No in-game purchases are required for this.
How does the player get stronger? During matches, gold can be collected, which the player can use to buy items to improve their hero.
There will also be a “Feasts” system: This will make the player stronger when certain goals are achieved during a match.
What are Aspects? In the context of leveling up, the so-called Aspects play a role. These are passive effects that can be selected at the beginning of the match.
They make a hero stronger. Up to 2 out of a total of 15 aspects can be selected. They can be crucial in determining whether a battle is won or lost and support your personal playstyle.
What reminded us of Destiny in the Fault: Elder Orb trailer? The trailer showed a few elements reminiscent of Destiny. The abilities of the heroes in the trailer partially resembled those of the characters in Destiny: such as the Titan Bubble, the Striker Ultimate, and the Warlock Nova Bomb.
Furthermore, the setting is somewhat reminiscent of the decayed areas of Earth mixed with the remnants of the Dreaming City.
