The new MMORPG Broken Ranks now officially has a release date. It will be released on January 25th. The game has already impressed with its interesting combat system and promises of varied dungeons and raids in trailers. We at MeinMMO summarize all the important information for you.
What kind of game is this? Broken Ranks is a new free-to-play MMORPG in an isometric perspective, similar to Lost Ark. You will navigate through a landscape that looks like a painting and does not offer as much depth as classic 3D MMORPGs. The game will be released only for PC.
Also unique is the combat system, as it is turn-based. Once you attack a monster in the open world, you are taken to a separate combat screen. There, you have 10 seconds each round to select a skill and a form of defense.
The same combat system applies to enemies in dungeons, bosses, or players in PvP.
Broken Ranks aims to offer the following gameplay content:

- 7 different classes

Broken Ranks reveals details about the release, preload, and the shop
When exactly will Broken Ranks be released? As announced today in the official Discord for the MMORPG, the release will take place on January 25th at 5:00 PM German time.
The preload for the game will start on January 18th at 5:00 PM as well. You only need to register on the official website (via BrokenRanks).
Will Broken Ranks be released in German? Yes, the MMORPG will also receive a German, Russian, and Portuguese localization in addition to Polish and English.
How is the game funded? Broken Ranks will be a free-to-play MMORPG and relies on a shop for funding. There you can purchase the currency Platinum for real money. Platinum is tradable, so you can also gift this currency to other players or exchange it for gold or equipment.
