The new MMORPG Tarisland has launched a competition for Raiders. The developers challenge you to show who is really the best, and the reward is worth it.
What is this challenge about? The new MMORPG Tarisland will be released on June 21. It has been known for some time that the developers are working on a system for speed runs for hardcore players. This will include titles and other rewards for the game.
Now the developers have released the system and announced what rewards are really available and what needs to be done for them.

What can be won? For the very best players, there are substantial prizes. While most raids only offer titles and in-game items as rewards, the final boss Blight Dragon has cash prizes for the best of the best. The Blight Dragon is the last and toughest boss of the season and is expected to be a tough nut to crack.
The Blight Dragon rewards the team that defeats the boss the fastest during the event with $500 in Amazon gift cards per person. That’s more than €450 and surely a motivation for some. The teams in 2nd and 3rd place will receive $300 (approx. €280) and $100 (approx. €93), while teams in places 4 to 10 will each receive $20 (approx. €18) per person.
Whether a whole esports scene like in World of Warcraft will emerge from these prizes is still unclear. However, the developers have invited two WoW veterans, Scripe and Maximum, for the launch to play the game at release (via X.com).
The challenge is about defeating the boss the fastest on the highest difficulty level, not being the first. However, whoever defeats the boss first will receive the title “Professional Player”. According to the website, the challenge runs until July 31 and starts with the boss Merfolk King on July 10, 2024.
How does the challenge work? To participate at all, all players must register in advance on the developers’ website. Your registration details must be the same as those you will use to log into the game. At this point, there are already rewards in the form of a sweepstakes for all players, regardless of whether you completed a raid or not.
Once you are registered, you still need to complete the raids Merfolk King, Ancient Tree, Synthesis Doctor, Forest Gemini, Archdruid, or the final boss of the season, Blight Dragon, in-game. It should be noted that you must defeat the bosses on the highest difficulty level, which is Challenge Mode and in Elite.
The challenge is therefore not easy, and only a few can earn the big rewards.
