The MMORPG currently known as Project XT is being developed by a relatively young developer studio in South Korea. A trailer now shows almost two minutes of gameplay and characters.
What kind of game is this? Project XT is a new MMORPG from the South Korean developer studio Black Storm, which is set to be released exclusively for PC. We don’t have many details yet, as the game is still in an early development stage.
Project XT is being developed in Unreal Engine 5 and takes place in a post-apocalyptic world, after the end of a world war. To maintain peace, a supranational government was established.
With the signing of the peace treaty, an organization was also established to prevent conflicts. This group seems to be involved in Project XT.
The latest trailer gives you a glimpse into the South Korean-inspired world and lets you take a look at some characters:

What does the trailer show? The trailer shows a lot of gameplay in its less than two minutes, even introducing three of the possible characters in more detail. In any case, you get to see a bit of their fighting style.
The trailer begins in a war-torn city that resembles major cities in South Korea. You can see explosions, military helicopters, and fighting in the streets everywhere.
The trailer initially follows a man running through this chaos, tearing open the doors of a transporter. Apparently, he hoped to find more than just a lonely little teddy bear inside. Because upon seeing it, he lets out an angry scream and then plunges into the fight.

After that, the trailer doesn’t really show much story, but a lot of gameplay.
The man in question fights with his powerful fists in close combat and really beats up his opponents. Joining him is a little girl with blue hair, dressed in cute pastel colors, and a pretty tough-looking red-haired woman.
You also get to see their fighting styles. The girl, who delivers powerful blows with a robot on her back, and the woman, who provides cover with firearms from the background.
You even get to see the first boss fight against an apparently evil scientist in the trailer.
Overall, the game, with its setting, all the effects, graphics, and character gameplay resembles various superhero movies or games in the Marvel and DC universe.
What exactly you can still expect from Project XT will probably only become clear in the future.
