Kingdom Under Fire 2 will be a mix of MMORPGs and real-time strategy and is set to release in November. Now the developers present their classes and we have received exclusive first info and videos.
What classes are available? In the upcoming MMO Kingdom Under Fire 2, you can look forward to 5 hero classes:
- Berserker
- Ranger
- Gunslinger
- Spellsword
- Elementalist
On October 11, an epic trailer for the MMO was released and now we can exclusively introduce you to the first two classes, Berserker and Ranger. Both are tied to their respective gender.
The Berserker
What can the Berserker do? The Berserker is a melee fighter who impresses on the battlefield with overwhelming strength, high health, and durability.
He is supposed to be easy to play due to his high survivability and deals a lot of AoE damage with his greatsword.
What are his special features? The Berserker’s weapons are enhanced by dark energy, making him even more powerful in melee combat.
With the right combo attacks, you can take out multiple enemies at once, as seen in the trailer:
The Ranger
What can the Ranger do? The Ranger impresses particularly with her dexterity and speed. She can fight both in melee with daggers and at range with a bow.
You can already see a strong difference from the Berserker in her appearance. She looks elvish and her armor is not heavily armored.
What are her special features? The strengths of the Ranger lie in mobility and damage to a single target. She can quickly eliminate an enemy with a bow or dagger, but falls behind in battles against many foes.

Kingdom Under Fire 2 mixes MMORPG with RTS
What is Kingdom Under Fire 2? The new MMO aims to mix elements of an MMORPG, in this case character development, with a real-time strategy game. So you not only play your class, but also command troops in an RTS style.
Kingdom Under Fire 2 was actually supposed to release much earlier. It has been in development for almost 10 years and has faced several hurdles.
Still, the game has many fans, and in November you can find out if the long wait was worth it.
Will Kingdom Under Fire 2 be Free2Play? The new MMO, which is being distributed by Gameforge in our region, is set to be Buy2Play.
