In Call of Duty: Cold War, the new map Sanatorium will be released soon. A leaker has now shown the first images of the map, which illustrate its size.
This is the new map: The map named “Sanatorium” will be released with the mid-season patch on January 14. The map is for the Fireteam mode. A total of 80 players will play, so it needs to have a certain size.
So far, there is officially little information and images about the new map. However, a data miner has leaked further images showing different locations and hinting at the full extent of the map.
Images show the new map Sanatorium
These are the leaks: The data miner “Declassified” has released 22 images in total. They are said to all be from the new map Sanatorium. Here is a selection for you:
You can find the further images on Declassified’s Twitter account.
What do the images tell us? The new map seems to be huge. There are various places where you can take cover and large areas for long-range battles.
There are small houses that promise close quarters combat. However, there are also large buildings where players can fight each other in long corridors.
Additionally, there are large green areas, bridges, and squares where players can meet in open spaces.
You must consider this: So far, this is a leak and not official images from the developers. Therefore, you should view the information with a degree of skepticism.
In the past, the data miner Declassified has released some leaks that turned out to be true. The current images look like they actually came from the game.
Not only in Call of Duty: Cold War are there new things to discuss. In Warzone, the overpowered weapons have been nerfed. We will show you what effects this has:
