The latest update from the Overwatch PTR changes 7 heroes from Blizzard’s shooter. We reveal what changes are coming.
Although Blizzard just launched the PTR with the new hero Baptiste a few days ago, many changes are coming for Overwatch. In a forum post, Geoff Goodman explained what balancing changes will soon be tested. Numerous heroes are affected. We show you which characters are getting nerfs and which are getting buffs.

- Amp It Up: The effect of the Speed Song has been reduced from 70% to 50%.
- Wall Ride: While Lúcio rides along a wall, his movement speed increases by 40% (previously 20%).
McCree

The community says: The majority of the planned changes are well received by the community. Many see the speed reduction for Lúcio as justified, and reducing Reaper’s self-healing also finds great support. Some complain about the buff to Junkrat, who has a bad reputation among many players.
Overall, the changes are perceived positively, although some players find them a bit hasty. It would be better to wait and see how Baptiste changes the game and then make adjustments.
When are the changes coming? The latest PTR update is supposed to be released today (February 28, 2019), but it could be delayed by a day, in which case it will be released tomorrow.
What do you think of these buffs and nerfs? Are they good and justified?
By the way, there was recently a hidden buff for Mercy:
