In Neverwinter the next expansion is coming, focusing on the sea.
This time it’s not a real new expansion arriving in Neverwinter for PC players on November 8. It is more of another chapter in the current saga of Storm King’s Thunder. The new episode is called Sea of Moving Ice and puts seafaring adventures in Neverwinter at the forefront.
Players will be able to hop into their nautical vessels to traverse the sea and gather support for the great battle that lies ahead. Along the way, they can also try their luck with the new fishing system, go hunting for pieces of treasure chests, or find lost relics to obtain artifact weapons that are stronger than anything previously available.
Players on PlayStation 4 or Xbox One will likely have to wait a bit longer before they can also set sail into the icy sea. On October 18, Storm King’s Thunder will first be released for them bringing PC and consoles up to date – for three weeks.
