Call of Duty: Warzone 2 is currently struggling with some bugs. One particularly bizarre glitch has now caused a trip across the map.

In Warzone 2, two months after release, there are still often bugs and glitches causing stress and sometimes also leading to the end of a match. A new glitch can separate you from your team – as it creates a kind of dimensional portal.

CoD Warzone 2: Window turns into portal
What happened? On Reddit, the user “LilUziSeph” shared a gameplay clip showing him racing through Al Mazrah with his team. At second 20, something strange happened:
Motivated, the player prepares for a dolphin dive intending to jump through a window. However, instead of finding himself back inside the house, he suddenly ended up somewhere else on the map.
How something like this can happen remains unclear. However, it seems that the problem is buried deep in the Warzone code. Over 2.5 years ago, we had an article about it on MeinMMO, back when it was still Warzone 1.
What do players say about it? In the thread on the topic, several hundred comments have accumulated. Some refer to the glitch. User “420xMLGxNOSCOPEx” writes: “It looks like a window, but it works like one of the paintings from Super Mario 64.” The paintings in the game represent the entrance to a level.
A large part of the discussion energy, however, does not directly flow into the topic. In fact, many users are more focused on the gameplay of the thread starter. The constant weapon switches and dolphin dives are criticized or defended. There are longer discussions on the topic.
Call of Duty had two successful releases with CoD MW2 and Warzone 2 at the end of last year. However, there is currently a lot of criticism because familiar features are missing and there are still many bugs in the game.
Just recently, the new Season 2 was delayed. For further annoyance, exactly one year ago the same thing happened, back then with Warzone 2 and CoD: Vanguard.
