Himawari, the younger sister of Boruto and daughter of Naruto and Hinata, has made it to 4th place with us. She awakened the Byakugan – the kekkei genkai of the Hyuuga clan – at an early age and can look through objects and recognize the chakra flow of others. Additionally, she has nearly 360° panoramic vision.
This gives her the foundation for the Juuken fighting style, where she can precisely target her opponent’s chakra points and influence their energy flow. Even Naruto has accidentally knocked her unconscious.
With her combination of Hyuuga and Uzumaki powers, including large chakra reserves, Himawari has everything it takes to become really strong. In Boruto: Two Blue Vortex, Himawari also possesses the chakra of the Nine-Tails (Kurama). With this enormous potential, she could even become the strongest ninja of all time.
Place 3: Nagato Uzumaki
Nagato (also known as Pain), the leader of Akatsuki, was an extremely strong shinobi with nearly unlimited chakra. He could destroy entire villages. Much of his power came from the Rin’negan, which gave him control over life and death. At the age of ten, he had also mastered all five elements perfectly.
Through his Rin’negan, one of the strongest Dou-Jutsus (eye techniques), he controlled six bodies simultaneously – known as the Six Paths of Pain
. Thanks to the Rin’negan, Nagato can learn and use any technique, which vastly exceeds the abilities of the Sharingan. With just one glance, he could make opponents collapse.
Despite his tragic past, Nagato used his incredible powers to enforce his version of peace, even if his methods were truly brutal.
