Place 2: Madara Uchiha
Madara Uchiha is among the most powerful ninjas in the Naruto universe. He was a co-founder of Konoha and was the first in his clan to gain the permanent Mangekyou Sharingan, granting him abilities such as Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi.
In battle, he was incredibly strong and could use his Susanoo to make himself nearly invincible. He also awakened the Rinnegan, allowing him to use many powerful jutsus. By implanting Hashirama Senju’s DNA, Madara was also able to use Mokuton (Wood Jutsu).
Madara could also control the Bijuu and eventually became the Jinchuriki of the Juubi (Ten-Tails), giving him nearly infinite chakra reserves. Thus, he ranks 2nd in this ranking.
Place 1: Sasuke Uchiha
Sasuke Uchiha has achieved 1st place in our ranking. He is considered the most powerful Uchiha and is an extraordinary shinobi who became the second Uchiha to attain the eternal Mangekyou Sharingan.
Through Hagoromo’s power, Sasuke was able to elevate his abilities to a whole new level and received the rare Rinnegan with six Tomoe. With the Rinnegan, he could control the Bijuus.
During his time at the academy, he was the best in his class and impressed with his rapid development. He was able to compete against strong opponents such as Haku and Gaara as a genin.
Sasuke is also proficient in all combat styles (Taijutsu, Ninjutsu, and Genjutsu) and showcases remarkable analytical skills in battles, allowing him to see through his opponents’ strategies.
Sasuke obtained the permanent Mangekyou Sharingan by receiving the eyes of his brother Itachi. It allows him to summon the Susanoo in its perfected form, known for its impenetrable defense. It features arrows and a sword made of Amaterasu flames, which are strong in both close and ranged combat.
Techniques such as Chidori, Susanoo, and the nearly inevitable Kirin (lightning jutsu) make him an unpredictable opponent. With the Mangekyou Sharingan, he can also use “Amaterasu” (black flames) and “Enton” (control over these flames).
He can also summon snakes and birds that help him in battle and support him in various ways. That and much more make him one of the strongest ninjas in the entire Naruto universe.
