Rank 5: Tobirama Senju (2nd Hokage)

Tobirama Senju was the brother of Hashirama Senju and known as the ultimate Jutsu tinkerer, especially for his Jutsu Edo Tensei
. This is a technique to revive and control the dead. Tobirama also developed the Flying Thunder God Jutsu
(Hiraishin no Jutsu), allowing him to teleport at lightning speed. He was the type who always thinks ten steps ahead and thus ensures the safety of his village.
Additionally, he was a master of water Jutsu and could summon vast amounts of water. Overall, he was an absolute powerhouse.
Rank 4: Hiruzen Sarutobi (3rd Hokage)

Hiruzen Sarutobi was known for his remarkable strength and wisdom. He became famous as the God of Shinobi
and The Professor
because he perfectly mastered all Jutsu and techniques in Konohagakure. He also possessed immense chakra and was one of the few who mastered all 5 nature transformations (Fire, Wind, Lightning, Earth, and Water).
His extensive knowledge of all Jutsu and his talent for quickly analyzing and applying new techniques made him an unparalleled fighter.
What truly sets Hiruzen apart is his deep connection to the village and his people. Hiruzen had the gift of seeing the best in people and supporting them to reach their full potential. He was willing to sacrifice everything to protect Konohagakure. Hiruzen successfully sealed Orochimaru’s arms with the Sealing Jutsu of the God of Calamity
(Shiki Fujin), but paid the price of the Jutsu and died.
Rank 3: Minato Namikaze (4th Hokage)

Minato Namikaze, the fourth Hokage and father of Naruto, is known by the name “Konoha’s Yellow Flash.” He has earned the reputation as one of the deadliest and fastest Shinobi in the history of the village.
With his unparalleled speed and heroic efforts in the Third Shinobi World War, he defeated thousands of enemies alone and played a significant role in securing peace.
He mastered the Hiraishin no Jutsu
, allowing him to teleport instantly to any location he had marked. He also invented and perfected the Rasengan, which later became a trademark of his son Naruto.
His greatest and most tragic act as Hokage was his selfless sacrifice to save the village from the attack of the nine-tailed fox demon, Kurama. Minato sealed half of the Kyuubi in his newborn son Naruto to protect the village, and in the process, he died.
Although he has been surpassed by his son Naruto in many ways, Minato remains a legendary Hokage whose legacy and deeds have shaped the history of Konoha. He has certainly earned the 3rd place.
