In Destiny 2, you can choose between Hunter, Titan, or Warlock and a total of 9 subclasses. We want to know in our survey which focus is the absolute favorite of MeinMMO readers?
You can make the Destiny universe unsafe with the 3 classes Hunter, Titan, or Warlock. The question of which of the classes is the absolute best and most importantly the coolest has already sparked real wars of faith.
But we want to dig a little deeper and want to know from you which of the 9 subclasses you prefer to play in Destiny 2. It doesn’t matter whether you prefer to expend yourself in PvE or whether you are a die-hard PvP player.

All 9 Subclasses for Your Guardians
Before we get to the voting, we will briefly introduce all subclasses and present the power fantasies behind them. Actually, each of the three focuses would have 3 specializations. Please note that we do not consider these separately, but restrict ourselves to the focuses themselves.
These are the Hunter subclasses:
- Gunslinger – This focus reminds of a lone cowboy who doesn’t talk much but draws quickly and never misses his target. You can either silence everything with your Golden Gun or have the last word with your burning throwing knives.
- Arcstrider – The arguably most agile of all subclasses in the game easily dodges enemy hits or parries enemy attacks. You dance out your enemies acrobatically and strike with lightning speed.
- Nighthawk – These hunters are real outlaws and are always superior to their enemies thanks to their traps and confusion techniques. No other class plays as sneakily and uses the darkness for more sinister attacks.
These are the Titan subclasses:
- Sunbreaker – These titans just want to see the world burn. Your powerful hammers leave nothing but rubble, ashes, and scorched earth. Fire consumes your enemies and strengthens your allies.
- Striker – As a Striker, you feel most at home in the midst of the enemy horde and cause chaos. These titans are always charged and can be stopped by nothing and no one.
- Sentinel – Not everyone can be as strong as titans, which is why Sentinels protect the whole team with their impenetrable shields. But they can also skillfully use them as a weapon, making even Captain America envious.
These are the Warlock subclasses:
- Dawnblade – Who needs guns when you have burning swords and wings? The Dawnblade can fly over the battlefield and rain fire or alternatively heal the entire team and enhance them through fire magic.
- Stormcaller – These warlocks control electricity and summon a thunderstorm at the push of a button. They can only laugh at the puny lightning fingers of the evil emperor and have perfected the “Kamehameha” from Dragonball.
- Voidwalker – With the help of darkness, Voidwalkers break reality and blow everything up with their Nova Bomb. Alternatively, they become the bomb themselves and heal through the devastation caused.
