One reads it under various reports about a new MMO: “That all sounds nice“, writes someone with a sour face: “But!” And that “But” is huge.
Then he lists a chain of problems with exactly this game: It has gender lock, it has no open world, no trading system, the characters are unappealing, the races are somehow disliked, one has been bitterly disappointed by the publisher before, tab-targeting system is the worst, the graphics look straight out of the 80s or it lacks inspiration.
And then after this list comes a sentence: “Then I might as well wait for the next game.“
And of course, we feel the same way. We all have the MMO in mind that we know we want to play, but no one is actually doing it! Dawid is waiting for a Tera with a dynamic world, I am waiting for someone to manage a PvP like in Dark Age of Camelot with consequences, and who knows what Cortyn is waiting for, but she is definitely waiting for something.
