Whether in The Elder Scrolls Online, Destiny, or Guild Wars 2 – everywhere the MMO household harmony has been disturbed over the past week. So we ask: How much is your MMO bothering you right now?
When someone just throws a stone, it gets kicked up into the air and flies with a slight discoloration towards an MMO developer’s forehead: Angry shitstorms are raging everywhere.
At The Elder Scrolls Online, PlayStation players are cursing about huge patches. In Guild Wars 2, players were upset because veterans felt disadvantaged compared to newcomers. In Destiny, there was a similar situation, only an unfortunate interview turned the whole thing up to volume 11.
Also, aside from that, there were complaints, albeit to a lesser extent: In Final Fantasy XIV, some fans complained about the soft item reset, saying their farming over the past months is now worthless. In Hearthstone, people are turning up their noses at “alleged heroes” that are actually just expensive skins. And in WoW, a quiet complaint has been heard for months.
