The Black Rock Mountain
As the birthplace of numerous instances and also the first raids in World of Warcraft, the Black Rock Mountain is surely still in the memory of many players. It is also one of the few places where multiple factions – not just Alliance and Horde for a change – fight for dominance. While in the depths the Dark Iron Dwarves summoned Ragnaros, the black dragons under the leadership of Nefarian lived at the top of the mountain. Although these threats are no longer acute in terms of time, the Black Rock Mountain is still worth a visit. The oppressive atmosphere still evokes nostalgic feelings in me. Isn’t there a longing for the old Molten Core raids?
