More than 8 million players are waiting for a new action MMO, coming soon and reminiscent of Genshin Impact

On May 28, 2025, a new action MMORPG will be released, the concept of which is obviously gaining great popularity. Because even now, over 8 million players are waiting for the game’s release.

What kind of game is this? The upcoming action MMORPG is called Crystal of Atlan, whose visuals and combat strongly resemble the Gacha giant Genshin Impact. The game takes you into a steampunk world with magic, which the developer himself describes as “Magic Punk”.

In addition to the typical multiplayer content, there will also be many single-player components and an in-depth story. In this, you are to help the Thornbird Adventurer Guild unravel the secrets of the crystal named after Atlan.

Alongside various classes, the game is expected to feature an action-packed combat system, where you can engage in epic battles in groups and with acrobatic air combos. Crystal of Atlan will be released as Free2Play on May 28, 2025, for PC (Steam & Epic), PS5, and Android as well as iOS.

The concept seems to be well-received, as over 8 million people have already pre-registered for it.

As part of the pre-registrations, the developers set a maximum goal of 8 million, at which they want to provide all players who pre-register with a bunch of useful items at launch.

This goal has already been exceeded by more than 100,000 players, with currently 8,137,749 players. This not only shows the immense interest in the upcoming game, but also secures all items the developers have planned for the players.

These include a lot of gold, various materials, a special avatar frame, an expansion bag for the inventory, armor vouchers, and an exclusive outfit. Those who want to secure these items at launch have until May 28, 2025, to register via the homepage.
