Marcel “MontanaBlack” Eris (35) is not particularly fond of the Twitch streamer Pia “Shurjoka” Scholz (25) and does not make a secret of it. He has now revealed how much money it earns him to criticize the 25-year-old in his streams.
Who doesn’t MontanaBlack like? The Twitch streamer Pia “Shurjoka” Scholz was awarded the “Player of the Year” at the German Computer Game Awards in May 2023. However, some did not like it at all, believing that the 25-year-old does not show enough gaming content to deserve such an award.
Some on the internet have had a thorn in their side about the streamer since her criticism of the Harry Potter game Hogwarts Legacy. She even called for a boycott of the game.

Unusual alliance against Shurjoka is forming
The opinion blogger Tim “KuchenTV” Held released a video in which he called the award ceremony a “scandal” and thus justified an unusual alliance:
- He produces content about Shurjoka on YouTube
- MontanaBlack reacts to it on YouTube and thus supports his “brother”
- From MontanaBlack’s Twitch stream, this passage is then cut out and uploaded by Montes’ men on the YouTube channel “Richtiger Kevin”, where more money comes in
Primarily he eats while, if KuchenTV has a lot to say, MontanaBlack can enjoy his meal in peace. And the gambling streamer Theo “Scurrows” Bottländer somehow gets to participate as well.
Interestingly, the streamers have all had their disagreements, but apparently have set them aside due to their shared dislike of Shurjoka. And not without reason, as there is quite a bit to earn.

How much does MontanaBlack earn from this? In a recent video, KuchenTV boasted that he could very well do without a clarifying conversation with Shurjoka, as his content about the streamer is doing “really well”. MontanaBlack agrees: The reactions are also going over well.
The Twitch streamer calculates: here a video with 730,000 views, there one with 800,000, plus several videos with around 400,000 views. MontanaBlack does not know exactly how much money he earns per video, but estimates:
For the two more successful videos, it could be between 3,000 and 4,000 euros, plus three “jets” for the slightly weaker videos. That would be 1,000 euros each. Thus, MontanaBlack would have earned 9,000 – 11,000 euros by criticizing Shurjoka while comfortably eating.
And these are just the earnings from YouTube, where the recordings of his reaction streams are uploaded. MontanaBlack did not say how much he earns with the accompanying Twitch streams, but if it were up to the 35-year-old, it is definitely too little.
Lastly, MontanaBlack also offers to send Shurjoka some cans of his new energy drink “Gönrgy” for tasting. After all, half of her streams consist of “Just Chatting”, then she would finally provide quality content, the streamer scoffs.
