The Summer Twilight Fest in Monster Hunter World is almost over. But have you finished everything? We have created a checklist for you so you don’t miss anything.
When does the Summer Twilight Fest end? The event ends on July 26.
At what time does the event end? The exact time is unfortunately unknown. If you want to be safe, refer to the event start. That was July 13, at 12:00 AM. This could mean that it might already end tonight from July 25 to July 26 at 12 AM. Normally, events in Monster Hunter World end at 2:00 AM.

Gold Crowns, Thunderstones, Armors: Grab the rewards from all old and new events
All events from Monster Hunter World are here: For the duration of the summer festival, you can play all the old events. Here you also get special rewards that will make any hunter’s heart beat faster. For some quests, you are guaranteed to receive Gold Crowns or special armors like the cool sunglasses in Apple of My Eye.
Here is the complete overview:
Three new quests specifically for the summer festival: Three quests have not existed in the game before. They were released specifically for the event. They are:
- USJ: Special Treatment: This quest was previously Japan-exclusive. Now you can also play the first part for the Azure Star armor in Germany.
- Midnight Chaos: Here you can craft a new weapon, the Meteor Lance. The quest is in the arena, and you need to hunt ten Gastodon, which is not a huge challenge. The lance has a rarity of 4, has paralysis as an element, and has an attack of 299.
- Gajalaka Outbreak: The quest is in the arena, and you need to defeat ten of the OP cats Gajalaka to receive the Butterfly Set as a reward.
Craft Summer Fest Gear: Diver, Butterfly, Ladybug, and Aloha Palico
Summer Twilight Tickets for these armors: To obtain the special event armors, you need the Summer Twilight Tickets. However, you can only get these as a daily login bonus.
If you still want these armors and are starting to collect now, you have no chance left. You can also exchange the tickets at the fusion table for fireworks and make it go off again – or save the tickets for the next Summer Twilight Fest. These tickets have no other use.
When you have collected enough tickets for the armors, you should redeem them before the event ends.
This is how many tickets you need for the armors:
- Diver: 5 Tickets – This applies to both high and low rank
- Aloha Palico: 3 Tickets – This applies to both high and low rank
Summer Insect Encyclopedia for Butterfly and Ladybug: For these event armors, you need to play the quest “Gajalaka Outbreak.”
Summer Outfits for the Wild Expert and Poogie
The Wild Expert’s outfit will disappear again: If you want to see your Wild Expert in a summer look, you need to change her costume now. After the Summer Twilight Fest, this costume will no longer be available to you, not even in the shop.
Poogie’s costume can be exchanged again: Poogie has dressed up nicely and put on his best summer hat. If you want to swap Poogie’s costume again, you just need to interact with the little pig.
What else is there to do?
The most interesting thing is actually to play the event quests and reap plenty of rewards. Here’s what else you can pay attention to:
- Discount Days: There is currently a special ship in Astera where you can get many items on sale. Today is therefore still an opportunity to stock up on items.
- New Gestures: There are new dances for the summer festival; however, these are paid and only available in the shop.
- Seasonal Dish: If you want to quickly grind through a few quests before it’s over, make use of the seasonal dish. It does not consume any ingredients and will disappear after the event.
