In Monster Hunter World is planning and preparation the key to victory, to defeat mighty beasts. There is a hunter who uses the power of planning to perfect bird bullying.
Monster Hunter World is an action RPG, where players also seek new challenges themselves. Specifically in the endgame, many hunters focus on the targeted farming of monsters to improve and optimize their gear. The hunter Dylan9911 has different ideas about endgame challenges: He is specifically perfecting the bullying of a bird.
In his video, Dylan shows the nearly absurd killing of a Kulu-Ya-Ku.
What actually happened here?
In the Wildspire Waste, Dylan sets up a barrel bomb. He then places explosive mines on the ground with the light bowgun, which are called Wyvernblasts. After 60 seconds, the Wyvernblast automatically explodes. Unless hunters either trigger them themselves with shots or the explosion is triggered by monsters. Then the hunter heads to a high point in the desert and observes the barrel with binoculars.
Unbeknownst to him, a Kulu-Ya-Ku waddles by, happily holding onto its stone. As soon as the bird arrives at the barrel, the mines explode and BOOM, the bird is already lying dead on the ground, and the quest is complete.
Dylan finishes it off with a skillful “Jazzhands” emote. Perfecting it in this form must have taken some attempts.
In Monster Hunter World, you can also just use Mother Nature to go hunting.
