The Fire Festival has arrived in Monster Hunter Wilds and brings a summery flair to the game. One aspect is particularly well received by players – even if it leaves a sour taste for some.
Which outfit are the fans celebrating? On Reddit, fans are mainly excited about the new outfits that the Festival of Unity: Fire Festival has brought. In particular, the bikini of the blacksmith Gemma stands out, which has particularly captured the players’ attention; you can see it on the title image, for example.
The outfit consists of a revealing bikini and an open overall with hot pants that barely cover the buttocks. In the thread, several players report seeing other hunters standing in front of her with binoculars.
The outfit must be activated for the event period by talking to Gemma. Then you can choose which clothing she should wear. Many players are so hyped about the outfit that they even claim it compensates for all the game’s flaws. However, for others, it also leaves a sour taste.

What does the community say about Gemma’s outfit? The community on Reddit celebrates the outfit. Many also have fun with the fact that it is particularly short and provocative, especially when Gemma bends over the forge:

However, there are also some critical voices who find the outfit tasteless or believe that a good outfit does not compensate for the other flaws of the game. Others complain that the outfit is not part of the in-game rewards of the event but must be purchased as DLC for about €6 if one wants Gemma to wear it afterward:
