Next week, the number of available weapons will increase to 9, as the Gunlance, known from the earlier Monster Hunter titles, will be added to the arsenal. While the range is limited, it provides a necessary advantage in numerous fights to keep from looking at the radishes from below.
At the same time, new monsters are also coming into the game world. The gigantic, crab-like creature Shen Gaoren is making the coasts unsafe and must be taken down by hunters in due time. For this, it is necessary for the first time to team up with up to 11 other players to handle the threat.
However, existing monsters will also be given some boosts. The old dragon Tartaronis is reclaiming the deserts and awaits all those who are brave or foolish enough to complete the quest for its skull.
So far, there are no plans to release the game in the West, but some fans are actively working on an English patch.
