The publisher NetEase is known for its MMORPGs and smartphone titles. Now it is also bringing the MMORPG Justice Online to mobile devices with Justice Mobile. At first glance, it looks really good.
What is Justice Online? The MMORPG has been running in Asia for several years and regularly provides exciting news there. The game became known primarily due to its stunning graphics and fluid movement system.
The MMORPG is strongly oriented towards Eastern settings and incorporates many elements of the Wuxia genre. Swords of Legends Online, for example, goes in a similar direction. Since the MMORPG can consistently and long-term excite fans there, a release in the West should be imminent.
This was originally announced for the fourth quarter of 2022, but since then there has been no news about a Western release, and it has not occurred either. Expectations were correspondingly high to hear news at the “NetEase Connect,” an event by the publisher.
What’s new with Justice? And indeed, there was big news about Justice, but not regarding a Western release. Instead, the publisher is bringing Justice Mobile to smartphones on June 30. For now, it will only be available in China.
This version of the MMORPG was presented in a trailer that ends with the words “Make MMOs great again.” And indeed, the graphics look really good for a mobile game, just as one would expect from Justice.

How is the mobile version received? So far, quite well. According to the official website of the game, 37,249,569 players have pre-registered for the smartphone MMORPG (via h.163.com, as of May 23, 12:30 PM). However, only a few have actually been able to play it.
That will change soon, as an open beta will start in China on June 6, where fans can test it to their heart’s content. By then, it will also clarify what is actually in the game.
What’s different in Justice Mobile? A complete list of all features does not seem to exist yet. However, the developers explain on their website that they are working hard to transfer the experience of real Justice Online to mobile devices.
The focus seems to be on housing. It can be seen in a small trailer on the website that various houses will be available, and players will even be able to conduct some terraforming to customize their own little “oasis.”

When can you finally play Justice?
When is the version coming to us? This is still unclear, and it is not yet concretely confirmed whether Justice Mobile will even come to the West. However, NetEase’s plans for Justice Global, that is, the Western version of Justice Online, suggest that the mobile spin-off will eventually be brought to us.
When that will happen is currently still uncertain. We have inquired with NetEase and will, of course, keep you updated.
