The mobile MMORPG Royal Blood by Gamevil will be taken offline on July 1st. Players can submit refund requests.
What is going on with Royal Blood? The developer Gamevil has announced that their mobile MMORPG Royal Blood will no longer be available starting July 1st. The official forums for the game will go offline a month later, on July 31st, to give players enough time to handle refunds.
The developers have not provided a reason for the shutdown, but low revenue figures can be assumed.
What about refunds? Gamevil has stated that all players who purchased in-game currency “Diamonds” between July 1st and August 1st are entitled to a refund.
To receive a refund, players need to send the following to the game’s support:
- Screenshot of purchased Diamonds and purchase history
- Hive ID
- Character names
- CS Code
- Phone number
- Store where it was purchased (Google or App)
- Amount spent
- And account number for the money to be transferred to
Diamonds obtained for free through events or in-game systems will not be refunded.
What’s next for Gamevil? In the meantime, Gamevil has already released a new mobile MMORPG. Since the end of May, players can download the MMORPG Talion for free in the App and Google Stores.
