The new MMORPG Kingdom Under Fire 2 was officially released today, on November 14th. We reveal everything you need to know about the release.
What is Kingdom Under Fire 2? Kingdom Under Fire 2 is a new MMORPG developed by Blueside from Korea, which is published by Gameforge in the West.
The game features a mix of MMORPG and RTS elements. Your character, which you have leveled up and equipped through quests, becomes a commander in a large battle. At the beginning, you can choose from 5 classes.
Throughout the game, you will have access to up to 75 different types of troops that you can deploy and swap out as you wish. At the same time, you assist them with your skills and fight side by side in story missions, PvE raids, or in PvP.
When does Kingdom Under Fire 2 come out? The new MMORPG was released today, on November 14th, in the early evening. If you want, you can already start playing the game now.

Kingdom Under Fire – Payment Model and Steam
Is the MMORPG Free2Play? Although Kingdom Under Fire 2 is published by Gameforge in the West, known for Free2Play titles, the MMORPG itself will be Buy2Play.
It is based on the model of Astellia, which features a real money shop with cosmetic items and an in-game shop with buffs and similar content.
How much does Kingdom Under Fire 2 cost? Currently, you can purchase the MMORPG in three different packages:
- The Hero Package includes the full version for €29.99, an exclusive costume, a 30-day Boost Package “Silver”, and other small items.
- The Emperor Package includes two exclusive costumes, a 90-day Boost Package “Gold” and “Silver”, a unicorn, and other goodies. It costs €49.99.
- The War God Package is the most expensive package and costs €99.99. It offers you 3 costumes, 2 mounts, and a 365-day Boost Package “Silver” and “Gold”.
You can download Kingdom Under Fire 2 by installing the Gameforge client. You can find it on the official website at the top right. In the client, you will also find the MMORPG and can click on download there.
Can you also play KUF2 via Steam? The new MMORPG is also expected to come to Steam. On the corresponding page, you can see that the release is planned for November.
However, unlike the official Gameforge site, you cannot currently buy and play it yet.
