After the first announcement in 2014, Lost Ark has finally made it to the first Open Beta test. To give players an impression of what to expect from November 7th, the developer Smilegate shows a new trailer.
The long trailer primarily demonstrates the various classes of Lost Ark. These have undergone several adjustments for the beta test and each received new abilities.
Another focus point of the trailer is the game world of Lost Ark, which can be traversed either on mounts or with the help of a ship. Players also have access to various features that are essential in an MMORPG:
- Collecting resources through mining, hunting, and fishing
- A main story supported by NPCs with many side quests.
- A housing system
- PvP arena with a ranking system
- Open PvP with large-scale battles and sieges
- Raids and dungeons
- Mini-games
Will it come to us too? A West release for Lost Ark has still not been officially announced, however, the developer Smilegate has repeatedly noted that they are keeping an eye on the Western market. Fans of MMORPGs can still hope.
