Soulframe will be the new MMORPG from the creators of Warframe. After half a year, there is finally a new trailer that also shows a bit of gameplay.
What kind of game is this? Soulframe is a new MMORPG currently under development by Digital Extremes, the makers of Warframe. When and on which platforms the game is set to be released is not known at this time.
However, we know that Soulframe will be a free-to-play game focusing on an open world and procedurally generated instances. This fantasy world is said to revolve around a conflict between nature and technology.
The gameplay is expected to be a hybrid between co-op and action MMORPG. However, the combat system cannot be compared to Warframe.
What does the trailer show? The trailer shows some new scenes from the pre-alpha gameplay. Here we get a little mix of stealth and action gameplay. However, the trailer really only shows clips in just under a minute. On December 30, 2023, there was already a full 75 minutes of gameplay to see on Twitch.
Nevertheless, future players are always excited about the little gameplay snippets that can be seen from Soulframe. They especially seem to enjoy being able to accompany the development journey again and again.

The latest trailer also sheds a bit more light on the content of the story that awaits you in Soulframe. Various regions of the island of Midrath, different creatures, and magical items are shown.
