In early 2021, the MMORPG Bless Unleashed will be released for PC via Steam. Feedback from the beta has led the developers to make some adjustments and changes.
What changes are the developers making? The first closed beta has primarily led to a rethink in the controls. According to the developers, this was criticized. Particularly the fact that no functions could be assigned to the mouse buttons was apparently quite frustrating for some testers. The way skills are triggered will also change. You no longer have to hold down the button to execute the skill. It is enough to tap it briefly.
In addition, the following changes will be implemented:
- Sprinting will be improved. There were issues with the control and the duration for which a hero can run. Instead of switching between running and walking, you now have to hold the button down to sprint.
- There will also be an auto-run button.
- The way you use items will be adjusted. To make this more convenient for PC players, items and potions will now be held in 5 slots for quick access.
- There will be a navigation option to quickly get to NPCs or quest objectives. A glowing path will indicate where you need to go.
- The UI for skills will be revised to present them more clearly.
More changes to Bless Unleashed are coming
Is that all? The changes that have now been announced are all based on the feedback from beta testers, but there are still more issues in Bless Unleashed. For example, the still somewhat sluggish combat. The development studio stated that further optimizations and adjustments are coming. The mentioned ones are just the first that will be implemented now.
When will the changes be in the game? The second beta phase of Bless Unleashed is expected to begin in December. Then you will at least experience the mentioned adjustments.
When does Bless Unleashed start? There is currently no exact date. However, it is expected to be released in spring 2021 via Steam. The MMORPG is already available for PS4 and Xbox One, though.
What is Bless Unleashed? The MMORPG combines action-packed combat with quests and the exploration of a large fantasy world. Crafting is important to obtain powerful items, and PvP also plays a role. There are plenty of group content such as dungeons and boss fights, but solo players should also have their share of enjoyment.
You should not confuse it with the failed Bless Online. Even though both games are called Bless, Bless Unleashed is something new and comes from a different development team.
