The fantasy MMORPG Bless launched in 2018 with great hopes, which quickly faded. The title is now Free2Play, but the chances of making a significant impact in 2019 seem almost hopeless, even with new updates being released.
That was the peak: On May 30, 2018, the MMORPG Bless was released as an Early Access title on Steam. At that time, there was a huge hype around the game. After all, it was an MMORPG with high production values from Asia that many had been waiting for years.
The hungry MMORPG fans in Europe and North America bought Bless by the tens of thousands on Steam, but many were quickly disappointed with the state of the game, leading to a significant backlash.
Some accused the developers of having deceived them.

This was the last update: We focused on the MMORPG Bless for the last time in November 2018. At that time, the game was still relatively new in its Free2Play launch on Steam. This was supposed to be a kind of second chance.
The developers promised not to give up and to continue providing content for the MMORPG.
The difficult Early Access phase was essentially a misunderstanding due to poor communication: Fans had expected a “finished game,” but the title was still in an early “Early Access” state.
Back in November, Bless had about 1600 players per day through Steam after the F2P transition – peaking at 3200.

One patch every month for Bless
This is how it looks now: The player numbers have further plummeted. Compared to November 2018, the numbers have shrunk to less than half.
Currently, there should be around 700 players online on average, with a peak of around 1250 in the last 30 days.
While updates have been released regularly since November, they seem to be purely content updates. New dungeons or raids have been added.

On Wednesday, February 20, the “Urdaata Battle Fortress” is set to release as the next content for Bless (via Steam).
Bless developers promise a letter that excites fans
This is what the developers say: Players have been told that they have heard the criticism that communication has been insufficient, so they plan to write a Producer Letter to the fans in March that will reveal some exciting details about upcoming updates.
They believe these will be news that will excite the fans.
Under the announcement, there are currently just 10 comments. Players are hoping for an “Asian server” so that Bless can still provide a refuge for those coming from Rohan or Allods.
Others are hoping for the “Mystic” to be added as a class. One fan is also asking about an engine update that was promised. For many, the graphics of Bless 2019 no longer seem up-to-date – they were celebrated years ago.

It still seems that Bless is missing some content that is already playable in other versions of the MMORPG: such as the “Mystic” class.
Months ago, we criticized Bless for the release of the “Assassin” class, stating that the Asia MMORPG is withholding content that is meant to be released gradually to keep the game appearing fresh.
