In our short guide, we show you how and where you can quickly and easily find Netherite in Minecraft.
Where to find Netherite? The material Netherite is one of the rarest materials in Minecraft. It can only be found in the Nether when you mine Ancient Debris. Ancient Debris is present at various heights, but height 15 has proven to be the most reliable.
Since the ore appears in very small quantities, you should avoid mindlessly mining blocks with your pickaxe. Instead, pick a mountain with Netherrack and dig your way down to height 8 – 22. Now take TNT blocks and blow up the mountain.
All blocks will be destroyed except for the Ancient Debris, because it is resistant to fire and explosions. Mine this and then smelt the debris into Netherite scrap. Afterwards, you can smelt your obtained scrap into Netherite ingots if you have enough gold ingots.
What is Netherite good for? Netherite is the strongest and most durable material for crafting weapons or armor. Once you have crafted enough Netherite ingots, you can combine them at a smithing table with your diamond equipment.
This way, you can upgrade your existing equipment and make it more durable and deadly. Additionally, you can build a beacon so that your compass points exactly in the direction where your beacon is built. However, be aware that this ore is very rare and should be used wisely.
That was all the information about Netherite and how you can get the rare element.
