Adam “Sky Does Everything” Dahlberg, better known as “SkyDoesMinecraft,” has been accused of abusing, cheating, and lying to women. Furthermore, friends and sponsors describe him as toxic. Now the former YouTube star is selling his channels for Minecraft .

Who is the YouTuber?
- When Minecraft was at its peak in 2011/2012, SkyDoesMinecraft joined the trend and mainly produced mod showcases for the block game. He does not focus on seriousness, but rather on humor and entertainment.
- He was able to attract 1 million subscribers within two years, which was in January 2013. By June 2014, he had 10 million subscribers on his YouTube channel. He was the first major Minecraft channel on YouTube and simultaneously one of the most successful gaming channels on the platform.
- Dahlberg renamed himself to Sky Does Everything because he no longer wanted to cover only Minecraft, but also other games.
- He has 2 other YouTube channels: Sky VS Gaming, where he posted various gaming videos, and Nobody Records. There, he uploaded vlogs and music videos. All three YouTube channels are currently inactive and not being used anymore.

SkyDoesMinecraft has allegedly done terrible things
What has the YouTuber allegedly done? His ex-girlfriends, former colleagues, and companies mainly voiced their opinions on Twitter about the YouTube star. Leading the charge was Elizabeth, who released a Twitter thread accusing SkyDoesMinecraft of many terrible things:
- Physical and psychological violence, abuse.
- Used Elizabeth’s money to fund his drug addiction.
- Abused his own dog, made it drink sugary soda, nearly let it freeze outside, and kept it in a dirty kennel.
- Manipulated Elizabeth into pregnancy and almost into marriage.
- Psychotic episodes, in which he was not himself, wanted to kill people, and screamed.

Moreover, Elizabeth reported the alleged actions to the police. She escaped, according to her own statements, from their shared house because her father picked her up by car.

SkyDoesMinecraft sells 2 of his YouTube channels
What has the YouTuber done recently? About 4 weeks ago, there was a small sign of life from SkyDoesMinecraft and two of Dahlberg’s YouTube channels were listed for sale on FameSwap.com for the following amounts:
- Sky VS Gaming with 1.29 million subscribers for €71,208.75 ($75,000) (via FameSwap.com).
- Sky Does Everything with 11.2 million subscribers for €854,505 ($900,000) (via FameSwap.com).
The idea is apparently that one buys the channels, deletes all content, and then rebrands and relaunches the channel under a different name.
The seller goes by the name “Skysellsstuff” and has been registered since April 15, 2022. According to the listing on FameSwap, the user is indeed in possession of the channels, that has been verified.
What is FameSwap.com? The site allows content creators to sell their channels that have already generated a certain level of reach. You can acquire Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube channels there.
Is that allowed? Actually not. YouTube’s guidelines go against the sale of a channel that is eligible for monetization. So it is quite possible that the future buyer of the SkyDoesMinecraft channel will be banned directly if they use the channel.
The community is shocked and cancels the YouTuber
What does the community say? YouTuber j aubrey created an informative video on the topic, in which he delves deeper into information about SkyDoesMinecraft and sheds light on the accusations from various sides:
Additionally, SkyDoesMinecraft posted a poll in the Community tab on his YouTube channel 3 months ago, but everywhere there are only accusations, shocked, and sad messages from his former fans:
- “It’s funny how some of us ‘fled’ from abuse by watching our favorite YouTuber – the person who couldn’t do anything wrong and always made us laugh. It’s even funnier when the person you looked up to becomes exactly the kind of person you feared the most.”
- “We all looked up to you, man. When we were kids, you were our hero. And seeing and reading these pathetic things breaks my heart. That you could do this to so many people who considered you a friend.”
- “Man, I loved you as a kid. The crap you did is inexcusable. And I’m not even sad or anything, I’m just really angry. There’s a minimal chance that this is all fake, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s all true.”
Many users shared their stories in the comments and are shocked by what has been alleged against the YouTube star. Nevertheless, the majority believe the statements of the ex-girlfriends and colleagues. Few voices hold onto the notion that the allegations are not true and that their idol is innocent – one can fake screenshots and the “evidence.”
