The AR mobile game Minecraft Earth is set to release in Early Access in October. Our editor Leya Jankowski was able to preview the game and brought back gameplay footage. Included is a previously unknown feature called Adventures. You can check it out in the video.
The background: We at MeinMMO were invited by Microsoft to a gameplay event for Minecraft Earth in England, and I, Leya, was able to check out the AR mobile game.
We were shown a new feature, the Adventures. These were previously unknown before the gameplay event and are included in the Early Access of the game. They are essentially dungeons with puzzles, resources, collectible animals, and battles – all spread throughout the world.
What kind of video is this? In the video below, I share my impressions and you can watch my gameplay footage that I brought back from England.
What smartphone was used to play? The gameplay footage you see in the video was captured on an iPhone X. The operating system was iOS 13.
When is the release of Minecraft Earth?
Then you can play: The Early Access of Minecraft Earth starts in October 2019.
The game will then be gradually released worldwide. When we will have our turn in Germany is still unknown.
