Currently, the charity event “March with Heart” by the streamer Metashi12 is running again on Twitch. Throughout the month, he is collecting donations for the German Cancer Aid. For 2024, he managed to secure a very special guest star.
What is this good cause? The Twitch streamer Metashi12 organizes the “March with Heart” campaign annually. For one month, the streamer collects donations for the German Cancer Aid. He is supported by guest stars from the German Twitch scene (via betterplace.org).
For this year’s “March with Heart 2024”, Metashi12 wanted to win his Twitch colleague HandOfBlood and quickly wrote an “open letter” on X/Twitter. In a post, he asked HandOfBlood if they could play WoW together for a day as part of the event.

How did HandOfBlood react? He didn’t hesitate long and announced with a concise “Let’s go” that he would participate. Much to the delight of his fans, who praised the “honorable man” in the comments (via X.com). One user even proclaimed that HandOfBlood and Metashi12 are his absolute dream team
(via X).
Shortly after, Metashi12 announced the official line-up for March with Heart 4. In addition to HandOfBlood, well-known names from the German Twitch and YouTube scene such as Unge, Mahluna, Henke, and Sintica will also be involved.
You can see the entire line-up here:
The downside: At this point, HandOfBlood had no idea what was actually planned (via X). However, it seems that communication between the two has since improved, so nothing stands in the way of a successful event.
On March 23 and 24, there will be a joint stream from HandOfBlood and Metashi12, where they will face a hardcore challenge in World of Warcraft.
Where can you watch the event? The “sellout for a good cause” has been running since March 1, 2024, at 3:00 PM on Metashi12’s Twitch channel. Even before the actual stream started, over 1,100 Euros had already been raised in donations. To participate in the action, you can donate money via betterplace.org.
Beyond the main stream, the guests will also stream on their own channels under the motto March with Heart. For example, Dhalucard is organizing a 24-hour stream, and Henke wants to celebrate his big Twitch comeback. Sintica will also host a DJ session.
For other participants, the program is still a bit more open; they might play Counter-Strike together or do IRL streams.
Metashi12 himself will stream for three days to kick things off, even though he usually takes a break on Fridays. His schedule includes WoW and Elden Ring, and he will donate 5 Euros (2.50 Euros for bosses) for each death in the Soulslike.
So, “March with Heart 4” is on a good path, and with the strong line-up of streamers who will participate throughout the event, much more is sure to come together.
