In recent weeks, some things have changed here on MeinMMO. Here is a list of what exactly we’ve adjusted on the page.
In the last few weeks, there have been some changes here at MeinMMO. The devs have implemented updates aimed at improving your reading experience on the site.
The changes are based on the feedback and suggestions we received from you in the comments.
This is new:
- One of the updates concerns our highlights: these are the first 7 articles displayed at the top of the page. Previously, articles in the highlights also appeared in the normal news feed or in top news. This led to these articles being seen by you multiple times. This is no longer the case. Highlight articles no longer appear in the news feed.
- One of the new features is the lightbox. This allows individual images or an image gallery to be opened in full-screen view. The background page is dimmed, and the full focus is on the images.
- The display of notifications at the top of your profile has been adjusted. It will now not only indicate whether there are any, but also how many notifications you have received.
- The bug with the “Show more” button has also been fixed. Previously, there were instances where articles displayed were days or weeks old. That is no longer the case.
- On Twitter, MeinMMO’s posts now include hashtags that associate them with the respective game covered in the article.
What’s next? This is not all, of course. We will continue to work on improving the site in various areas. And you can help us with that.
