Whom we are looking for: You should be well-versed in gaming and know what players really care about. You have good editing skills and possess a sense of drama and creative image composition.

This is the job
You will be part of the editorial team and expand our reporting with your own videos. It is important to us that readers come first for you and that you collaborate with the editorial team to consider which video contributions are truly interesting and important for our community.
The tasks
- You write short and concise video scripts and create web-optimized video stories in collaboration with the editorial team: videos have a maximum length of 3 minutes and have overlays with text passages.
- Potentially strong news or exclusive information should be implemented as video format within 24 hours.
- The videos are primarily produced for the website Mein-MMO.de, but also partially for our social media.
- You upload new trailers to our CMS and write short trailer news.

- You can handle video tools like Premiere Pro.
- You have good Adobe Photoshop knowledge.
- You can write short texts for videos.
- You can independently create short videos.
- You are passionate about gaming.
- Ideally, you have an interest in topics we cover on Mein-MMO.de.
- You navigate easily in social networks around gaming (reddit, forums, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok).
- You are fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.

MeinMMO was founded in 2013 and has been part of Webedia Gaming for several years now. GameStar and GamePro also belong to Webedia.
We now reach more than 3 million unique users every month, providing them with content on gaming, tech, and the gaming scene every day.
The focus of MeinMMO is on popular service games that are continuously developed and played online together for years. These include titles like Call of Duty, World of Warcraft, New World, Pokémon GO, Diablo Immortal, GTA Online, Fortnite, or FIFA. MeinMMO is also concerned with gaming culture and the scene surrounding gaming.
What we offer

- You can schedule your working hours flexibly as long as there is room for exchange with the team. The core working hours of the editorial team are between 10:00 and 15:00.

The conditions and application
When is the job available? Immediately.
How many hours is the job? At least 20 hours a week, with flexible working hours. More hours are possible, but not less.
What about the payment? The payment will be negotiated in a personal conversation. It depends on your level of experience and your expectations.
