In our favorite MMOs, it’s usually about leveling up our character and enhancing it with special items. We want to know from you how rare the best items should really be.
Looting and leveling. Those are usually the things that keep us engaged in games – especially in online games or MMOs. We are constantly in search of the best items to get the most out of our character. So how rare should the best items be so that you keep searching for them but never lose hope?
The eternal search for loot
That’s why loot is so important: We all know the joy of finding a new special item in our respective games. Either because we can improve our character with it or because we now own an item that is rare and not many other players have.
In some games, these might be special mounts, while in others, players like to showcase rare cosmetic items.

Flooded in Destiny: In the Destiny universe, it usually revolves around Exotics, exotic gear, and weapons. Currently, the community is particularly concerned with the changes introduced with the expansion Forsaken.
The chance of getting an exotic engram or an exotic drop in Destiny 2 now seems to have dramatically decreased with the addon. I myself have not experienced a single exotic drop since the release of Forsaken ten days ago. Not even exotic items from Year 1 have shown up for me.
This is what the community thinks: Among Destiny 2 players, the topic has been hotly debated since then. While some are happy that exotic items are no longer just thrown at you, others are not so thrilled. Especially those who have not received a single item or duplicates of their already existing items believe that Bungie may have gone a bit too far with this change.

What do the MeinMMO readers think?
Now your opinion is in demand: Are you also always on the lookout for the best items and proudly showcase them to other players? How much time would you invest in the search for these special items before giving up hope?
