In the German Twitch, there is currently a conflict between Pia “Shurjoka” Scholz and Tim “KuchenTV” Heldt. Marcel “MontanaBlack” Eris has his own opinion on this and thinks: “It’s all nonsense.”
What is the lawsuit about? The Twitch streamer Pia “Shurjoka” Scholz has been facing hostility since her criticism of the “Harry Potter” game Hogwarts Legacy.
In May 2023, the situation escalated again when the 25-year-old received the German Computer Game Award as “Gamer of the Year”. Critics felt the award was undeserved, as Shurjoka is better known for her political engagement than for her gaming streams.
The streamer described a vicious cycle: Every action on her part leads to videos from other influencers, whose communities then bombard her with hate messages. She ultimately filed a complaint to escape the situation:
- Against the controversial content creator Tim “KuchenTV” Heldt for defamation – he called her “extremist”.
- In addition, she wants to deal with violence fantasies and threats from the respective communities.
Marcel “MontanaBlack” Eris has just settled his own differences with KuchenTV in time to now support him.
MontanaBlack thinks the streamer is harming herself
What does MontanaBlack have to say? The streamer has already indicated after the award for Shurjoka that he doesn’t think much of her – or the DCP. Right at the beginning of his reaction, he makes it clear which side he is on: One must support a brother.
He finds it “weak” of Shurjoka to portray herself as a “victim” because she has “breasts.” After all, everyone receives hate on the internet, regardless of whether they are male or female, says MontanaBlack.
He says the streamer would hurt herself the most. He speaks from experience, as he himself received a lot of criticism in the past. His way is not to engage too much with it, which has saved him a lot of headaches. In a week, everyone would forget it. He explains:
The worst thing you can do: You get criticized and look at it and don’t respond to the criticism in any way. [You] just ramble on and talk so much nonsense that these opinion bloggers who made a video about you and criticized you will make another video about you and tear you apart.
The streamer criticizes that Shurjoka does not respond to KuchenTV’s criticism and instead focuses on his conviction for incitement to hatred, which is already years old: This is simply “maximally uncomfortable”.

MontanaBlack says: “I have no hate”
MontanaBlack also emphasizes that he feels no hate towards Shurjoka. Rather, he actually wants to be friends with everyone. He himself has been blocked by the streamer without ever having contacted her.
The 35-year-old suggests they could sit down for a clarifying conversation, possibly moderated by a neutral content creator. However, whether that will happen remains questionable.
Meanwhile, the cycle of reactions and counter-reactions seems unbreakable: KuchenTV has already seen MontanaBlack’s reaction in a stream as well as another stream from Shurjoka and announced that there will be another video.
MontanaBlack has also had experiences with lawsuits. A usually cozy stream from the wildlife park ended in a temporary injunction against the streamer. He saw this as a dangerous precedent.
