Marvel Rivals Season 1 – New Heroes & Game Content in Part 1
What new heroes are there? Joining are two members of the Fantastic Four: Mister Fantastisch
(Mister Fantastic) Reed Richards and Die Unsichtbare
(Invisible Woman) Susan Storm aka Susan Richards. The two can be seen in the thumbnail of this article.
What new maps are there? With Season 1, Marvel Rivals receives a new Convoy map – Empire of Eternal Night: Midtown
. Also coming is Sanctum Sanctorum

What new modes are there? Season 1 brings the Arcade mode, a Doom match. On the map Sanctum Sanctorum
, 8 to 12 players fight against each other. The top 50% win.
In Convoy and Convergence matches, both sides can now enter the next spawn room as soon as the attackers complete their current task.
During the loading time for Quick Matches, the nameplates of both teams are now displayed.

How much does the battle pass for Season 1 cost? The battle pass costs 990 Lattice, an in-game currency. According to Egamersworld, that is about 10 US dollars, which can be converted to approximately 9.71 euros at the current exchange rate (January 10, 2025).

New Event: Spring Festival – All About the Launch
When does the Spring Festival start? The Spring Festival with the event “Fortune & Colours” starts on January 23, 2025, at 10:00 AM German time.
When does the event end? The event is expected to go until February 14, 2025, at 09:59 AM German time. So you have plenty of time to log in and check out the new features.
Will there be new modes? A new mode is expected to be released during the celebrations – Clash of Dancing Lions. In this mode, Iron Fist, Star-Lord, and Black Widow will compete against each other in Wakanda’s World Arena and fight for victory.
Additionally, fans can collect magical colors by completing special missions. Once you collect enough color, a canvas gets colored that can then be used as a Gallery Card.
Will there be gifts? Yes, you can unlock the skin “Lion’s Mane” for the hero “Star-Lord.” There will also be the aforementioned Gallery Card. More gifts have not yet been revealed but could be added.
