In the action MMORPG Marvel Heroes, the 61st hero Black Bolt appears – additionally, there are numerous changes to the superhero spectacle.
Black Bolt is a genetically modified superbeing from the cosmos of the Fantastic Four. He is the king of the Inhumans and first appeared in 1965. Black Bolt has superhuman powers and a kind of “death scream” that he can hardly control. Therefore, he is bound to silence. If he unleashes his voice at full power, it can destroy planets.
In Marvel Heroes, his incarnation looks like this:
Marvel Heroes received numerous changes with the last patch:
- the hero and team-up unlock process now only runs through the unlock window, no longer through the vendor Adam Warlock. However, this does not change the functionality or prices. Players can still unlock heroes using the in-game currency Eternity Splinters.
- summoned allies have been completely revamped, drawing their powers now more from the stats of the player who summons them – no longer from specific “Summoned Ally” bonuses
- there are changes in story chapters 4, 7, and 8 – the chapters have been revised
- item slots 1-5 and the entire itemization of Marvel Heroes have been adjusted – for example, it concerns which item class gets how many affixes
- numerous costumes have been revised and redesigned
- furthermore, numerous other adjustments to game mechanics have been made – especially the animation time of many abilities has been reduced and can now be canceled earlier
